Kia ora koutou,
Welcome to this week’s edition of the Friday 5! Where we celebrate all the wonderful on-going work at the NRHCC.
This week NRHCC started the week with a zoom hui to open Te Wiki o te reo Māori and had just under 50 attendees. It's also 50 years ago since a petition with 30,000 signatures was handed to Parliament, calling for Te Reo Māori to be taught in schools. For Te Wiki o te Reo Māori this years theme was Te Whare Tapa Whā or the four pillars of hauora (health) model coined by Sir Mason Durie in 1984. Please see the link to all the resources shared this week that the amazing Māori comms team have been collating this week. Ko koe tonu a runga

2. A huge shout to the Quality & Risk Team and the PMO for the development of the new QMS fortnightly newsletter. The first edition was issued last week and covered and update on QMS onboarding and some quick tips and tricks.

4. The Pasefika Family Health Group held an event at their Weymouth clinic to support mobilizing the community to come protect themselves and get vaccinated. This weekend they are holding anther vaccination event at their Panmure clinic. Malo to the team!

4. Jingle, jingle mark your calendar to party and mingle! Please save the date for the annual NRHCC Christmas Party which will be held Friday 18th November, more details will follow closer to the time.
